Diamond Hogs vs. Ole Miss
The showdown is almost here! The Hogs SEC regular season finale begins Thursday night at Baum Stadium, and you just knew it would come down to the very last series. The Hogs trying to catch Vandy for the league crown, while trying to hold off Miss. State and Ole Miss for the West title.
Perhaps the bigger picture is that Arkansas has lost 4 of the last 6, and needs to get on track for next week's SEC Tournament. Ole Miss has had the Hogs number over the years. Don't know what it is... but Dave Van Horn is just 5-11 against them, and 1-7 the past couple years. Not really the team you want to see, but no question they are beatable.
On a side note, two straight night games at Baum could mean huge crowds, with a chance to break the attendance record AGAIN. The total to beat: 29,940. Go for it Hog fans.
