Clint Stoerner returns to arena football

Despite being released by Nashville a few weeks ago, you just knew somebody would pick up former Hog Qb Clint Stoerner. He had a great career with the Kats, and as it turned out, Philadelphia was desperate. The Soul lost starter Tony Graziani, and immediately signed Stoerner this weekend.
Monday night, Stoerner got the start on the road against Columbus. Tough task for Clint getting thrown right onto a team and having to play without any practice, not to mention learning the playbook and adjusting to new teammates.
The Soul lost badly, but Stoerner went for 241 yards and 2 scores. Not great, not terrible. We'll see if he keeps his starting role in the upcoming weeks. Stay tuned.
