Duck Season is here!

The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission has
approved a 60-day season for duck hunting, along with a
six-duck bag limit. Duck hunters can kill up to four mallards
each day and only one can be a hen. The daily bag limit also
may contain one pintail, three mottled ducks, two scaup,
two wood ducks, two redheads and one black duck, but no
more than a total of six ducks. The canvasback numbers
this year have rebounded enough to increase that
limit to two birds.
The youth waterfowl hunt will be December 22nd and 23rd, with
the same bag limit.
