Joe Paterno cleaning up Penn State

I gotta admit, I love this story. Coaches all too often turn a blind eye to the actions of their star athletes, or simply slap their wrists. And you could say he's punishing the whole team for the stupidity of a few. But it's a team game, and it certainly teaches that if you don't respect the team concept off the field, it won't work on the field.
